Job Overview

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is searching for a Technical Applications Specialist to enhance the management and measurement capabilities of our Marketing & Communications Department across diverse platforms. This role will report to the Head of Digital Communications.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency and adaptability, skillfully utilizing tools for media monitoring, project management, CRM, social media, website content management, email marketing, and data analysis. We are looking for a curious and analytical mind that seeks to learn new tools and concepts regularly.

 

This role requires self-direction with minimal supervision, the capacity to integrate feedback when provided, and the willingness to voice concerns or propose enhancements to workflow processes. The successful candidate for this role is endlessly curious and technically savvy. You love data and have no trouble translating data results into meaningful actions. You act on their own volition and come up with new ideas and ways to accomplish tasks. You are happiest when evaluating data sets and making connections to improve business results. You are not afraid of speaking up respectfully and are comfortable supporting a large group of teammates. You probably work best alone but enjoy collaboration with team members. You are unafraid of doing new things, but they aware of and able to mitigate risk when trying new things.

 

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to establish and assess KPIs, offering valuable insights for enhancement through thorough data analysis.

 

Salary Range: $55,888 to $95,661 per year

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce CRM user & license management, dashboard development support, run reports, and more.
  • Facilitate the execution of email marketing campaigns by assisting with tasks like organizing contact lists and basic analysis of campaign performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the organization's website, including content updates and metric tracking.
  • Manage content on our intranet platform while monitoring employee engagement metrics to gain insights and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Aid in managing social media channels by scheduling content, engaging with the community, and tracking basic performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and competitor activity using media monitoring tools.
  • Assist in organizing tasks, deadlines, and resources for marketing projects using project management software like Monday.com.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or similar.
  • Google analytics expert.
  • Experience with Monday.com or equivalent project management system.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in marketing or communications roles is preferred.
