Job Overview

Summary/Objective

 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our Nikkiso CEIG team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and Business Leaders to drive pay for performance and ensure fair pay practices. Your primary responsibility will be to manage compensation programs and strategies for our corporate and global workforces. Additionally, you will partner with HR Business Partners to align current compensation practices with the Company's compensation philosophy. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand the compensation needs and objectives of the global organization.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
  • Lead compensation initiatives & own short-term bonus administration for Nikkiso CEIG.
  • Conduct data analysis/modeling and costing of pay programs.
  • Provide recommendations by evaluating local market benchmarks, employee survey data and business goals.
  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure globally.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain complex Excel reports to support data analysis.
  • Adept in building automated decision support tools for compensation in Excel.
  • Liaise with Site HR Business Partners to lead compensation-related business processes improvements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Over three years of experience as a compensation analyst, global experience a plus.
  • Experience utilizing compensation theory, principles, and practices to perform independent analysis of programs using market data
  • Must have strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and analyze various types of data
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $59,800 - $102,357
