Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Director of Talent & Organizational Development to build and lead our new Learning & Development (L&D) function. Optimize organizational performance by creating and implementing programs and systems that strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees. Provide the tools and resources to ensure employees are successful in their current roles and prepared for their future roles and growing demands of the organization. As a rapidly growing organization with employees in 22 countries, this leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive L&D strategy, infrastructure, policies, practices and programs that align with our global business objectives.
Annual Salary: $156,421 to $191,181
