The Manufacturing Manager oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. This position ensures the manufacturing departments work together cohesively and is responsible for the equipment to aid in the manufacturing process as well as lead and directs the work of manufacturing shop employees. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for coordinating the activity of all Manufacturing Departments and communicates with Sales and Engineering regarding Drawings and Customer Requirements.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and will oversee all manufacturing supervisors and their teams.
Work Environment
The employee must be able to sit, stand, or work at a computer, or be standing for prolonged periods. The position oversees operations in the manufacturing facility, which requires being on the shop floor for extended periods of time. Safety equipment must be utilized as specified to enter production areas. May be subject to hot and cold environments, loud noise, and typical manufacturing exposures. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work with various materials and/or tools, as well as work and bend at different heights, in various temperatures, and to be on feet for an extended period of time. PPE must be utilized as specified to enter production areas.

Annual Salary Range
$83,821 - $125,400
