IT Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a temporary, non-exempt position. Directly support Nikkiso’s Information Technology department in a number of areas including: assisting in the maintenance and oversight of company hardware, software and, troubleshooting IT-related issues, documentation review and improvement, remote site networking, and other applicable duties.

*** Salary: This is a paid internship position. Approximately 20 hours per week. $20 per hour for a period of approximately 3 months. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
• Provide support in diagnosing hardware, software, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with the creation and documentation of IT procedures.
• Assist in the onboarding of IT resources (hardware and software) for new employees.
• All other IT-related duties as 

WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Background in Information Technology
• Very motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a small team
