Job Overview

Reporting to the Director, Global HR Operations, the HRIS Analyst will provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources team as well as perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources department.

Responsibilities

  • Time & attendance subject matter expert across the company; troubleshoots system issues and streamlines payroll submission process.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained.
  • Runs and analyzes human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
  • Responsible for HR system routine maintenance & simple configurations, including researching and resolving problems or process flaws; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements and build efficiencies.
  • Assists in the review and implementation of system upgrades, migrations & implementations.
  • Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions and assists in methods to remain compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Documents processes, identifies HR concerns, and compiles data analysis reports. Performs application upgrades & enhancements and provide training and technical support.
  • Performs statistical analysis on gathered HR data and running queries.
  • Performs audits on HR processes and documents, including but not limited to I-9s, hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of monthly headcount, HR scorecard, and other metrics as required
  • System training of HR staff and new users as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least eight-ten years related experience required.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.
  • Proficient in ADP WFN, NOVAtime, and Fresh Service
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • JSOX knowledge a plus.
  • Strict confidentiality a must
  • Required to accept work assignments from multiple managers and work areas
