Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services to join our IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services team. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions to support our organization's needs.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Write and maintain scripts for automation and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., JSOX, GDPR).
• Plan and execute cloud migrations, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and refactoring strategies.
• Support ongoing cloud operations and maintenance.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain multiple user roles and security settings.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud development and management.
• Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience in network infrastructure, database, compute, and storage systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Expected Salary: $77,070 - $138,765
