Nikkiso Energy Infrastructure & Strategic Projects (NESP), one of the Nikkiso cryogenic companies, designs, integrates and fabricates complete energy infrastructure projects, and cryogenic plants.

Job Overview

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced specialist with excellent communication skills, who is able to multi-task and change direction/priorities quickly.  This individual will be reliable, excellent attention-to-detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The individual must also have the ability to take the initiative and work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist developing NESP marketing strategies for each region to support sales objectives globally.
  • Supports NESP ‘storytelling’ efforts by translating complex technical concepts and product specifications into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to gather technical input and convert it into persuasive marketing collateral.
    • Develop and manage product brochures, datasheets, and technical papers.
  • Work with Corporate Marketing & Communication department:
    • to ensure NESP is applying brand guidance from Corporate.
    • monitor and manage the Nikkiso website for up to date content, and search engine optimization and marketing .
    • to develop press releases and NESP communications.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including advertisements, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate, solicit, and gather input from global offices for web content intranet brochures ads etc. and more
  • Responsible for organizing and supporting product launches, trade shows, marketing campaigns, webinars, and customer events.
  • Create visually engaging and informative content (e.g., infographics, simplified schematics, technical animations) to enhance customer understanding and interest.
    • Develop PowerPoint templates and assist presentations for the sale team. 
  • Other tangible responsibilities include market intelligence gathering, advertising, trade publication entries, Salesforce reporting and forecasting, maintain photo and video library, update user information on Intranet
  • Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to communicate technical product features and benefits effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong visual communication skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or similar tools are a strong plus.
  • Experience creating marketing content for engineering, industrial, or clean energy technologies preferred.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to synthesize input from cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and corporate.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for layout, content flow, and modern B2B design trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with emphasis in marketing, communications, and general business management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word Excel Acrobat)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
