This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA.

Job Overview

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Creating pictorial work instructions of assemblies and processes
• Creating/revise simple (BOO) Bills of Operations
• Creating simple rework travelers for non-conforming parts
• Designing simple tooling and fixtures
• Identifying process improvement opportunities
• Observing and working with operators to understand/improve processes.
• Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology to work with the production team and engineers.
• Improving and modifying facility layout – workflow and material flow guidelines.

Education and Experience:
• Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Determined go-getters who embrace challenges.
• Passionate individuals that are eager to learn
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities in manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, critical thinking, and attention to detail

 

Salary: $22/HR
