Nikkiso Applied Technologies is a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers, liquefiers, and vaporizers for the LNG and industrial gases industry. Applications include fueling stations, marine engines, peak shaving, power generation, virtual pipelines, and well stimulation.
The Production Worker III is an experienced manufacturing team member responsible for performing complex assembly, production, and fabrication activities in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge, and the ability to independently assemble components and subassemblies with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
The Production Worker III is expected to perform work with limited supervision, identify and resolve routine production or assembly issues, verify completed work meets specifications, and effectively use hand tools, power tools, machinery, measuring devices, and material handling equipment as required.
As a senior-level production worker, this position may also provide technical guidance, demonstrate proper assembly methods, and assist less-experienced team members while maintaining responsibility for their own assigned work. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility.
Rate
$22/hr - $30/hr

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. The Production Worker III may provide technical guidance, demonstrate established work methods, and assist in the training or development of less-experienced production employees as needed.
Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. The employee routinely works around production equipment, material handling equipment, hand and power tools, machinery, and moving mechanical components. The work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other conditions commonly associated with an industrial manufacturing facility. Required personal protective equipment must be worn as applicable.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grasp, and use hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and possess the visual ability necessary to read drawings, perform detailed assembly work, take measurements, and inspect completed work.
The position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and work at varying heights and positions. Employees may be required to remain on their feet for extended periods and perform work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
