Summary/Objective Reporting to the NCS Americas General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Aftermarket Services (AMS) Customer Center. The position leads a team, manages workload and resource allocations, and implements strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring quality, safety and all compliance requirements are met. The role is accountable for continuously increasing Customer Center revenue and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding customer expectations with deliverables that are on time and within budget.

Responsible for the development of sales activities in assigned market (US) and specifically assigned customers. Works closely with Business Line Manager and Segment Manager to exceed customer expectations and deepen relationships. Technical Support is responsible for providing technical expertise for the NCS organization. Responsibilities include the development of regional technical support roles, escalation support for the regional teams, consolidating and reviewing all warranty claims, liaison with product company stakeholders on systemic issues, leading all RCA's and tooling design. The Facilities Manager oversees the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the manufacturing facility’s physical infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining buildings, equipment, utilities, and grounds to ensure optimal support for production operations, employee safety, and regulatory compliance. The Facilities Manager works closely with operations, engineering, EHS (environment, health & safety), and supply chain teams to enable smooth day-to-day manufacturing and long-term facility reliability.   Annual Salary Range: $107,614 to $158,003

This role will be responsible of the design of cryogenic liquefaction and distillation facilities. A strength in heat transfer and thermodynamics is required. A fluency with basic computers skills and proficiency in Excel is expected. Familiarity with thermodynamic property estimation tools, process simulation tools, or programming languages is preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Director, Finance to oversee our finance team. The Director, Finance’s responsibilities include performing the various month-end close tasks, analysis of general ledger expense transactions and conducting general accounting functions for the Nikkiso Cryogenic Pumps functional unit. As Director, Finance, you will also be responsible for providing internal management and project teams with timely and accurate financial reports and cost research/analysis. Advanced working knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP) is required for a successful candidate in this position, and a CPA is preferred.
